Netfintax provides international accounting, tax compliance, and advisory services tailored for businesses expanding into the United States. Our specific deliverables will be outlined in a separate Engagement Letter or Service Agreement.
- Advisory Nature: While we provide expert guidance, our services do not constitute legal advice. We recommend consulting with legal counsel for specific legal matters.
- Third-Party Dependencies: We may utilize third-party software or platforms to deliver our services. We are not responsible for service interruptions or data breaches originating from these third-party providers.
- Service Limits: Netfintax is not responsible for business decisions made by the Client based on our financial reports or tax filings.
3. User Obligations
To ensure the accurate and timely provision of Services, you agree to the following responsibilities:
Accuracy of Information
You must provide complete, accurate, and timely financial data, tax documents, and business information requested by Netfintax.
Compliance
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable local, state, and international laws.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Timeliness
You must respond to inquiries and requests for information within a reasonable timeframe to prevent filing delays.
4. Intellectual Property
The Netfintax website, including all content, features, functionality, logos, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of Netfintax and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL NETFINTAX, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.
NETFINTAX'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICES DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE EVENT.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Delaware. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Delaware.
